Defining My Final Hope: A Journey of Hope and Purpose

In the hustle and bustle of life, we often find ourselves asking profound questions that pierce through the surface of our daily routines. One such question is, 'What is your final hope in life?' This question has resonated deeply within me, causing me to reflect on what truly matters in the journey of life.

Life is a Canvas of Hope

There is no such thing as a final hope. Hope should be an enduring thread that runs through our lives, giving us the courage and strength to face every challenge. When our hope fades, we lose the very essence of what propels us forward. However, in the face of countless failures and obstacles, hope is the driving force that keeps us moving towards our goals.

A Personal Quest for Final Hope

Recently, this question has plagued me more than ever. What am I truly hoping for from my life? What kind of person do I aspire to become? What type of life do I envision for myself? These questions have led me to a profound realization. My final hope is not about external materialistically driven goals, not about waiting for the perfect boyfriend, best friends, or life-changing adventures. It is more selfless and profound than that.

The Not-So-Desirable Hopes

Instead of hoping for superficial or unattainable things, my final hope revolves around a more noble and humbling goal. I do not hope for a boyfriend who will leave when it suits him. I do not hope for a best friend who does not understand my struggles. I do not hope for wild adventures that lead to new connections, as I have learned that deep, meaningful connections often form in the quieter moments of life.

Writing a Book on Life

The idea that most resonates with me is to write a book that shares insights on how to live a fulfilling life. I aim to write a philosophical book that can inspire and guide others on their journey to happiness. This is my not-to-do list, but it is also the most meaningful goal I have set for myself.

Behaving with Humanity

My deeper hope, however, is for humans to stop expecting more from each other and to start behaving with humanity.
