If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of entering the wrong address on a Shein order that has already been shipped, here’s what you can do to address the problem.

1. Contact the Incorrect Address

If the address you entered is just off by a number or a small detail but you wait to discover the error after the order has been shipped, contacting the incorrect address is your first step. Provide them with the correct address and the required postage if they accept to resend the order. If they refuse, you may have to write it off as your error.

2. Get in Touch with the Shipping Company

If the incorrect address refuses to send the item to the correct one, the next logical step is to inform the shipping company. Contact their customer support team and provide them with the details of the issue. Invert the correct delivery address on your Purple account if available.

3. While in Transit

Unfortunately, during the transit of the package, there is very little you can do to change the delivery address. The shipping company usually does not allow changes to the address once the package has been delivered. However, there are steps you can take once the delivery agent arrives.

4. Reordering or Cancelling the Order

If the above methods are unsuccessful, you may need to cancel the order and place a new one. Alternatively, you can get in touch with the delivery team once they are out for delivery. Provide them with the correct address and see if they can either deliver it to a nearby area or pick it up from their nearest warehouse.
